Using AI GF
By using AI GF, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live.
The Service
AI GF is an AI companion that creates text and voice replies. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected.
Your Responsibilities
Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its services. You are responsible for what you submit and how you use generated responses.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases are processed through Apple. Subscription price, duration, renewal terms, and any trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Consumable message credits are separate purchases and do not renew automatically. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.
No Professional Advice
AI replies are fictional and for entertainment. Do not rely on them as medical, legal, financial, safety, or professional advice.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the app.

Privacy Policy

Local Data
Chat history, remembered conversation details, names, custom instructions, and app settings are stored on your device. You can erase conversation data from Settings. Removing the app also removes data stored in its local container.
Voice Processing
When you speak, microphone audio is used temporarily for speech recognition. Recognition may happen on your device or off-device through the speech provider. AI GF does not save microphone audio as a recording.
AI Processing
To create replies, the app sends your message text, recent conversation context, relevant remembered details, and any names or custom instructions you add to third-party AI services. Generated reply text is also sent to a third-party voice service to create audio. This information is processed to provide the conversation you request.
Service and Purchase Records
We store limited service records needed to operate the app, such as app-generated account or device identifiers, subscription status, purchase entitlements, and message-credit balances. Apple and our service providers process purchase and subscription information as needed to complete transactions and verify access.
How We Share Data
We share data only with providers needed for speech recognition, AI replies, voice generation, app infrastructure, authentication, purchases, and subscription management; when required by law; or to protect the app, our users, or our rights. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising.
Retention and Deletion
Local conversation data remains until you erase it or remove the app. Service and purchase records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. To request deletion of server-side records associated with the app, contact us.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted network connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
AI GF is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
Your Choices
You can deny microphone or speech-recognition access in system settings, erase local conversation data in the app, stop using the service, or contact us about your privacy rights. Some choices may prevent voice features from working.
