Acceptance of Terms
By using AI GF, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
AI GF is an AI companion app that generates conversational text and synthesized voice replies using third-party services: Google (Gemini API) for text generation, and Replicate and Resemble AI for voice synthesis.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this App.
Subscriptions
Optional paid subscriptions are managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. We do not process payment information directly.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses are fictional and should not be relied upon for factual, medical, legal, or emotional guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyndl shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy

What We Store
All conversation history, your name, persona name, and custom AI instructions are stored locally on your device only. This data is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes it.
We do not record your voice. The App does not capture or save any audio from your microphone.
A minimal anonymous record of your subscription status and message credits is stored on our backend for service functionality.
How Messages Are Processed
When you send a message, it is transmitted in real-time to third-party providers to generate a response. These messages are not stored by us.
Google (Gemini API) — Your message text and recent conversation context are sent to Google to generate the AI text response. Under the paid Gemini API, Google treats this data as confidential and does not use it to train models. Data is encrypted in transit. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Replicate — The AI-generated text is sent to Replicate to synthesize voice audio. Customers retain all rights to their data. Replicate does not share customer data with third parties. See Replicate's Privacy Policy.
Resemble AI — The AI-generated text is sent to Resemble AI to synthesize voice audio. They use data encryption, comply with GDPR and CCPA, and do not use customer data to train models without consent. See Resemble AI's Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of your anonymous subscription records, contact us at the email below. You can stop using the App at any time.
Children's Privacy
AI GF is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
