These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, content, tools, and related services provided by LYNDL LTD ("LYNDL LTD", "we", "us", or "our").

LYNDL LTD is a mobile app development studio focused on building and publishing apps for iOS and Android, including AI-based utility apps designed to help users with everyday tasks through simple and practical features.

By downloading, accessing, or using any LYNDL LTD app or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our apps or services.

1. Eligibility

You may use our apps and services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are using a LYNDL LTD app or service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

LYNDL LTD develops, publishes, updates, and maintains mobile apps and related digital services. Our apps may include productivity tools, utilities, AI-based features, premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, and related support services.

We may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify app features at any time.

3. License to Use Our Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LYNDL LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our apps and services for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial use, unless we expressly state otherwise.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our apps and services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

violate any applicable law or regulation
infringe or misappropriate the rights of LYNDL LTD or any third party
copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit our apps or content except as expressly allowed
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law
interfere with or disrupt our apps, services, servers, or networks
use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service in an abusive or unauthorized manner
bypass access controls, subscription checks, or security measures
submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent content
use our apps to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, scams, malware, or other harmful activity
use AI features in a way that violates law, privacy, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others

You are responsible for the content you submit and for your use of any output generated through our apps.

5. Accounts and Access

Some LYNDL LTD apps or features may require an account, login, or subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that harms LYNDL LTD, our users, or third parties.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some apps or features may be offered on a paid basis, including through one-time purchases, auto-renewing subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

If you purchase a subscription or digital feature through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

billing, payment processing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase
subscription renewals may occur automatically unless canceled in accordance with the platform's rules
refunds, where available, are generally subject to the policies of Apple or Google

You are responsible for reviewing the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

7. AI Features and Generated Output

Some LYNDL LTD apps include AI-based features that generate suggestions, summaries, answers, edits, or other outputs based on your input.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
output may vary and may be similar to content generated for other users
you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any generated output
LYNDL LTD does not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, original, available at all times, or appropriate for legal, medical, financial, professional, or high-risk decisions

Our apps are intended to support everyday tasks and general utility use. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

8. User Content

You may submit text, prompts, images, files, feedback, or other content through our apps or services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant LYNDL LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, and use that content as necessary to:

provide and operate the service
generate outputs and deliver requested features
improve app performance and reliability
maintain safety and prevent abuse
comply with legal obligations
enforce these Terms

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and to authorize the uses described above.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our apps, services, software, designs, branding, logos, content, text, graphics, interfaces, and related materials, excluding your User Content, are owned by LYNDL LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use LYNDL LTD names, logos, trademarks, or branding without our prior written consent.

10. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feature requests, feedback, or other comments about our apps or services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Third Party Platforms and Services

Our apps may be distributed through or integrated with third party services, including Apple, Google, analytics providers, cloud services, and other external tools.

Your use of those third party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. LYNDL LTD is not responsible for third party services, content, availability, or policies.

12. App Availability and Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, upgrades, and new versions of our apps from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features.

We do not guarantee that every app or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the service at any time.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any LYNDL LTD app or service at any time, with or without notice, if:

you violate these Terms
we are required to do so by law
your use creates risk, harm, or potential liability
the relevant app or service is discontinued

You may stop using our apps and services at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing access.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

14. Disclaimers

Our apps and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYNDL LTD disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

the apps or services will meet your expectations or requirements
the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
defects will be corrected
generated output will be accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable for your intended use

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LYNDL LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our apps or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of LYNDL LTD for all claims arising out of or relating to the apps or services will not exceed the greater of:

the amount you paid to LYNDL LTD for the relevant app or service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
USD $50

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LYNDL LTD and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

your use of our apps or services
your User Content
your violation of these Terms
your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

By continuing to use our apps or services after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
