AI Album Cover Generator (we, our, or us) provides this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application (App).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Age Restrictions
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. Description of Service
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate album cover artwork from images you upload. You can select styles, add text such as artist names or album titles, and save generated images to your device.
4. Data Collection and Use
Information We Collect:
Device Information: We collect an anonymous device identifier (using iOS Identifier for Vendor or a randomly generated ID) to manage your credits and subscription status. This identifier is stored securely on your device and in our backend systems.
Images: When you upload images, they are processed by third party AI services (Replicate) to generate album covers. Images are temporarily processed during generation and are not stored by us after processing completes, except as necessary to provide the service.
User Content: Information you provide, including artist names, album titles, custom prompts, and style preferences, is stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to our servers except as part of the image generation process.
Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment and subscription information is handled by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their privacy policies. We receive anonymized subscription status information to manage your account credits and features.
Usage Data: We track credit usage and feature access to manage your subscription and provide customer support.

5. Third Party Services
The App uses the following third party services:
Supabase backend infrastructure for managing credits and device identifiers.
Replicate AI image generation service. Your uploaded images are sent to Replicate for processing.
RevenueCat subscription management service.
Apple payment processing and App Store services.
6. Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your photo library to allow you to select images for album cover generation and save generated album covers to your device. You can revoke this permission at any time in your iOS Settings. Images are only accessed when you choose to upload or save them.
7. Data Storage and Security
Generated images and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Device identifiers and credit information are stored securely on our backend.
We use industry standard security measures to protect your data.
Images sent to third party AI services are processed according to their privacy policies.
8. In App Purchases
The App offers subscription plans such as Weekly, Monthly, and Annual through Apple's In App Purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
9. User Rights
You have the right to:
Access your data stored on our servers
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of data collection though this may limit App functionality
Export your generated images stored locally

10. Data Retention
Device identifiers and credit information are retained while your account is active.
Generated images stored locally on your device remain until you delete them.
We do not retain uploaded images after processing completes.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Use automated systems to abuse the service
12. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App or generated content. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use uploaded images and that generated content complies with applicable laws.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
